In this month’s Better Health, Together video, WA Primary Health Alliance CEO, Learne Durrington chats to Australian Digital Health CEO Tim Kelsey; responsible for all national digital health services and systems, with a focus on engagement, innovation and clinical quality and safety.
This video looks at: what is digital health, how can digital health heal transcend good services and how is digital health moving with the times.
WA Primary Health Alliance is responsible for planning, guiding and directing investment towards important primary care services across WA. As the operator of the State’s three Primary Health Networks (PHNs), which form part of the national Australian Government PHN initiative, we work closely with GPs, service providers, government and its agencies, and communities.
Five of the ways we are working with partners to deliver better health, together using digital health tools are: telehealth, PORTS virtual mental health service, My Health Record, data extraction and analysis service for GPs and HealthPathways WA.
