Health Priority Report Cards pack a punch

From the number of people getting support through our funded mental health and AOD services, to the number of training and education sessions we ran for general practices and how we supported the primary healthcare sector through COVID-19, our new Health Priority Report Cards offer an at-a-glance snapshot of our work during 2021-22.

They also demonstrate our progress towards the Australian Government’s seven Health Priorities for Primary Health Networks, as well as the national key performance indicators.

These achievements are testament to the amazing efforts of our staff, commissioned service providers and general practice teams and the many other organisations we work with and support.  Each in their own way is helping communities and people most at risk of poor health to get better access to care closer to home.
