Delivered by Better Health Company and funded by the WA Department of Health, this suite of Better Health coaching programs aims to reduce the risk of chronic disease and support long-term positive health outcomes. Delivered at no cost, flexibly online or in select community-based locations:\
- Better Health Coaching Service – offers coaching for adults (18 years of age and over), to support healthy eating, physical activity, quitting smoking, substance use and mental health to prevent and manage chronic conditions and improve quality of life.
- The Active8 – evidence based program for parents and carers of toddlers and pre-schoolers, empowering them to make informed decisions for better health.
- Better Health Program – helps parents and carers of primary school aged children with a variety of guidance, resources and solutions to help families lead a healthier lifestyle.
